This is a retro cyclocomputer made by Equus likely around the 1990s. Still appears to be sealed. The packaging has some marks and scratches as well as a small crack. This is untested. This is a great item for any aspiring collector and would make a perfect gift for the cyclist in your life! This measures about 6" by 6" by 1", and the actual device appears to measure about 2" by 2".
