This is a vintage Youngstown Steel/Sheet & Tube photo print poster likely made around the 1960s. This picture was taken by Percy "Perc" Kelty and his signature is visible on the back of the poster. Some marks and scratches are visible as well as some creases. Is visibly warped. This is a genuine piece of Ohio history perfect for any collector and would make an awesome industrial decor piece! This measures about 20" long by 16" wide.
