This is a vintage Youngstown Steel/Sheet & Tube photo print poster likely made around the 1960s. This photo was taken by Percy"Perc" Kelty and his name is stamped on the front of the poster as well as the back. Major creases/cracks are visible as well as marks and scratches. Has a large tear/gash. Is visibly warped. The corners show wear. This is a genuine piece of Ohio history perfect for any collector and would make an awesome distressed industrial decorative piece! This measures about 20" long by 16" wide.
