This is a vintage first aid kit made by Conrail likely around the 1960s. The case has visible marks and scratches as well as spots of rust. Some of the packets are opened while some still appear to be sealed. This is a great item for any aspiring collector and is a perfect fit in any first aid collection! A charming piece with plenty of character! This measures about 10" by 10" by 2".
