This is a very nice, vintage Annora Spence "The Beach House" artist proof number 4 of 20.. VERY LIMIT ISSUE number. It is an original signature by the artist. It is in great condition! The frame is made of wood and is also in great condition. It measures 39 x 32 inches. Annora Spence is a well known artist since 1992. She is based out of the UK and has gained popularity in her paintings.
