This is a vintage Kiwanis Club pocket cigar cutter likely made around the 1950s. Marks and scratches are visible as well as some discoloration. This is a great item for any aspiring collector and is perfect for any tobacciana collection! Would make an awesome accessory perfect for any outfit! The cutter itself measures about 2.5" long by 1" wide when closed, and about 4" long when fully extended. The chain measures about 12" long.
