It's a trophy from the Hall China Pottery Olympics which included all pottery manufacturers from Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsyvania. This trophy was abandoned when the factory closed. The plaque reads "World Pottery Olympics Sportsmanship Award" Stands about 22" tall and base is 10x5"
