Here today we have a certified authentic National Medal for veterans of the Persian Gulf War, brought to us in the early 90's! This medal depicts US Battle forces, including a Tank, Missile Launcher, Aircraft Carrier and Aircraft representing the various branches of the Armed Forces that participated in the Persian Gulf conflict! On the flip side of the medal, which is not shown as the medal has never been taken out of it's box, depicts a heraldic eagle with a banner inscribed "Act of Congress 1992", and also contains an inscription in recognition of service in the Persian Gulf conflict. This copper medal is in complete mint condition- the medal has never been taken out of it's box, it comes with the original cardboard packaging on the outside and contains it's original Certificate of Authentication, signed by David J. Ryder, the Director of the US Treasury Mint himself. Take a look at the pictures for the best description. A photo is as good as a thousand words and is the best description of cosmetic condition.
