This antique, five gallon gasoline "can-tainer" is a rare piece of mid-century American culture. Measuring approx. 11" in diameter and 13" tall, this large, metal gas can is in excellent vintage condition. There is some rust and minor imperfections due to use and age, but the rustic aesthetic would fit well with any auto or farmhouse decor. There is a lid for the small hole on top, as well as a smooth flowing spout and metal handle. Made in USA! Origin date is unknown, est 1950s. Take a look at the pictures for the best description.
