Also included as a Youngstown Police Department radio signals and codes from the early 1930s a postcard from the dry nightclub Association in Youngstown, Ohio concerning their drip dinner meeting in the early 1940s if not earlier and also a first day of issue cover from 1943 with the Czechoslovakian flag.
